What is a diamond-cut wheel?

A machine finished wheel which has two finishes to its appearance. The first being a painted finish on the inside of the spokes, the second being a machine finish to the of face the wheel.

How long does it take/time scales?

Mobile wheel refurbishment repairs take approximately:

60 mins  for a single wheel.

30 mins for a windscreen repair.

30 mins for a fabric cigarette repair and upwards of an hour for a single small interior repair.

20 mins for a De-odour application followed by minimum 6-8 hours standing time.


Full wheel refurbishment/workshop - turnaround times

Buckles can take anywhere from 24 hours .

For standard coloured painted wheels 3 – 5 working days.

Diamond Cut wheels normally take 5 – 7 working days provided no additional work is required.

How much does it cost?

What are your opening hours?

Our offices are open from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday- Friday) 8:00am – 12:00pm (Saturday). Area Managers are available from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Do you collect vehicles?

Yes, Please contact our head office for details and costs.

Do you remove the wheels?

Yes, please ensure your vehicle is away from the public highway. It must be on flat and level Tarmac or hard flooring, no gravel.

Do you provide a wheel collection service?

Yes. Once the wheels have been removed we have a nationwide, fully insured courier service.

Do you need my locking wheel nut key?

Yes! (if applicable) Please ensure your locking wheel nut key is present and ideally placed on the passenger seat for clear visibility for our technicians.

Do you need a power supply?

Yes! For mobile onsite repair service, please ensure your vehicle is within 15 metres of a domestic electricity power supply.

Do we cater for colour changes?

Yes, full colour changes are available, but only through our main Unit workshop.

Can you store my vehicle?

Yes, once your booking has been confirmed we can store your vehicle at our fully insured, fully secure, CCTV protected unit.

Can you cater for corroded / peeling wheels?

Yes, these wheels will require treatment at our workshop.

Do I need to take the tyres off?

No, we will either break the bead on the mobile refurbishment vehicle or completely remove the tyres if having a full refurbishment at our workshop.

Are your technicians insured?

Yes, we have both Public Liability insurance and fully comprehensive road risk cover which enables us to move customers vehicles.

Do you comply with all the latest Health & Safety requirements?

Yes, we take Health & Safety seriously. We are one of only a hand full of companies who use non-isocyanate paints and lacquers. We also carry PAT/Electrical Testing and Calibration certificates which are available on request.

Do you have loan wheels?

Sadly no, due to 2 factors, it would be nearly impossible to cater for every vehicle on the road and insurance reasons regarding road safety.

Do you supply a loan car?

Sadly this service is no longer available, however, we have negotiated superb rates with a local vehicle hire company

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, all our refurbishments carry a warranty unless otherwise stated prior to commencement of the repair for example:

12 Months on FULL painted refurbishments (carried out at our workshop)

6 Months on Diamond Turned wheels (carried out at our workshop)

6 Months on Mobile cosmetic wheel repairs

(Exclusions may apply to the above in regards to stone chips, kerb impact, wheel acid or incorrect maintenance. Customers are also advised to ensure their wheel bolts/nuts are re-torqued after 5 and 50 miles)

6 months warranty on windscreen repairs

6 months on interior repairs. Cosmetic cigarette burn repairs unfortunately cannot be covered under warranty
