Scuffed my gloss black wheel yesterday evening and luckily it wasn’t too deep but silver alloy was showing as paint had come off. Went to Perfection Alloys to get a quote. Danny, who came out to see the car assessed it and asked me to wait in reception. He actually touched it up for me and didn’t even charge me. I have to look very close to spot it and that’s because i know where it is. Amazing customer service with all the team i spoke to. Highly recommend and if I’m unlucky with my alloys again I’ll definitely come and see these guys. Thank you.

Had a gentleman Technician come to remove my wheels for a refurb...he was very friendly and professional throughout. In my opinion this technician showed excellent customer service. If your staff treat other customers the same way as he treated me then he is indeed a credit to your company. Well done that man.

I've used Perfection Alloys multiple times over the years, so when the Technician came out to do 2 wheels on my Mercedes, his polite and friendly manner demonstrated the customer service excellence I've come to expect from this company.
