Area Sales Manager- Staffordshire, Cheshire & East Midlands

This challenging and exciting role will require an ambitious, enthusiastic, flexible, friendly, entrepreneurial and positive minded person.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to overcome selling obstacles and have a proven history in adding value to a business through B2B dealings and be able to work under manageable pressure.

You should be capable of conversing with customers and Head Office queries alike during your regular daily/weekly customer calls in a positive friendly manner which promotes and highlights the professionalism of our company. Full hands on training and support will be offered to the successful applicant.

To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have a least one of the following backgrounds and requirements:

·         A full driving licence (maximum 6 points with no DD or similar convictions)

·         A Good/Excellent knowledge of Professional Car dealerships or associated businesses

·         Vehicle Body work/Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Knowledge

·         A proven Sales background

·         A Staff Management background

Trainee/Junior Unit Technician

Due to an increase in customer demand and a number of newly secured contracts, we require a Trainee / Junior Unit Technician based at our industrial Unit in South Leicester.

You’ll be joining one of the UK’s leading Alloy Wheel refurbishment specialists during a continued period of growth.

Ideally you have one the following to be considered for this position, however, training and ongoing help will be given to the right candidate:

-A good level of experience or interest within one of these sectors:

– Tyre Fitting including balancing

– Garage background

– Wheel Refurbishment / Vehicle S.M.A.R.T repairs

In addition, you will also need:

-Ability to deliver excellent customer service

-Have a positive and flexible can-do approach to work

-Ability to reflect the professional image of the company

– To be a keen and fast learner who wants a successful career

 within the automotive industry

_ Ideally a clean driving licence, although this is not compulsory

Within this position tasks will include:

-Removing and fitting wheels to vehicles

-Collecting or delivering wheels or vehicles (if you have a driving licence and meet the company driving criteria)

 – Lifting and movement of wheels will be involved

-Liaising with internal management

– Solvent stripping and sandblasting of wheels

– Final wheel preparation

– Removing and refitting of tyres including balancing

Mobile Wheel Refurbishment Technicians

We require Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technicians for the Manchester, Staffordshire, West Midlands, Lincolnshire, East Midlands, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire areas.

Perfection Group is one of the UK’s leading Alloy Wheel refurbishment and Vehicle Screen & Trim repair specialists, with over 400 Main Dealership customers and covering the UK. Due to continued growth and newly secured contracts we now require Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technicians.

This challenging and exciting role will require an ambitious, enthusiastic, flexible, friendly, experienced and positive minded candidate.

Duties will include removal and fitting of wheels on dealership premises and private customer premises, repairing and spray painting of damaged alloy wheels to an exceptionally very high standard using our bespoke made isocyanate free two pack paints and lacquers using power equipment provided by the Company.

The ideal candidate should be able to converse with Dealership employees and the public alike in a positive, professional and friendly manner and have ideally one experience in one of the following trades:

·         Automotive Bodyshop/paint  experience

·         SMART repairs

·         Alloy wheel refurbishment

Duties may also include collection /removal and fitting/refitting of wheels and delivery of wheels from customer premises to our Head office.

Applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday during Motor Dealer opening hours and 2 in 4 Saturdays during busy periods. A full Driving licence is required. Applicants must be suitably qualified or experienced in a similar trade and be over 21 years of age. Heavy lifting of wheels will be involved.

Trainee Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technician Positions

This challenging and exciting role will require an ambitious, enthusiastic, flexible, friendly, experienced and positive minded candidate.

Duties will include removal and fitting of wheels on dealership premises and private customer premises, repairing and spray painting of damaged alloy wheels to an exceptionally very high standard using our bespoke made isocyanate free two pack paints and lacquers using power equipment provided by the Company.

During training, you will be paid national wage. After full training, you will be able to refurbish all types of alloy wheels from all makes and models of vehicles and progress onto our well-paid salary scale.

Experience is not required, however, we are looking for dedicated staff who will represent our company well. You should be polite, honest and keen to learn. Ideally, you should have an interest in the automotive industry.

After training you will receive:
